In her unique approach to interiors, Karen Oppegård creates homes where an individual’s needs are translated into good design. She crafts living spaces that encompass laid-back sophistication with a discrete look that is both chic and contemporary. Comfort, clean lines and an intelligent use of space with subtle colours and the inclusion of the unexpected are embraced in her style of design.

Karen pursued her passion for interiors at the Inchbald School of Design in London after careers in education, marketing  and advertising.

She grew up in Norway, Canada and the US and currently divides her time between living in Norway and England with her three children.

Leading such a busy life, Karen realises how important it is to have a safe haven to retreat to after a busy day.

Karen’s work has been featured in leading interior magazines in Norway and, with her flair and great attention to detail, she is highly respected by her private clients. For them and others, she introduces luxe into everyday life so a home becomes more than just a place to be – it becomes a sanctuary.
